Matt Shuster has started at Vericol as our Chief Operations Officer! Matt is a visionary executive-level leader with 25 years of progressive management and solutioning experience. He is a pragmatic thought leader and innovator behind key digital transformation initiatives for project management, financial management, and data-driven decision making at all organizational levels. Matt’s strong track record of addressing business challenges with technology-enabled solutions includes building a data analytics and process automation team from the ground up. Matt is especially attuned to data and performance transparency subject to appropriate security guardrails and governance. He is continually focused on driving innovation through understanding and adoption of emerging technologies. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
