Julia brings applied, practical expertise to proposal management and a proven knowledge of government contracting processes, proposal workflow prioritization, and effective coordination practices to develop, produce, and deliver high-quality proposal products. She has strong technical writing, research, and leadership skills to lead complex proposal efforts spanning numerous technical, scientific, and business functional areas. She holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia in Politics and Psychology.
