Business Consulting Services

Vericol provides consulting services to government contractors to help them win work with the federal government. This includes organizational design, process improvement, and policy development. Vericol also helps companies with strategic sales efforts on particular contract opportunities, including market research, solution architecture, and proposal writing.

Data Architecture and Strategy

Vericol offers data architecture and data strategy consulting for commercial companies and government customers. Vericol’s work includes data reconciliation of enrollment data discrepancies between the federal government and insurance companies that participate in the Affordable Care Act/Healthcare.gov. Vericol also works directly with commercial clients to identify opportunities to extract hidden value from their operational and transactional data.

Business Applications for Government Contractors and Professional Services Firms

Vericol is developing a suite of software tools for government contractors, beginning with a sales pipeline management application and a staffing assignment system. Vericol has Beta versions of both applications.

Job Duties

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to support business decision-making, strategic planning, and operational improvements
  • Develop and implement analytical techniques and applications to transform raw data into meaningful insights using data-oriented programming languages and visualization tools
  • Apply statistical models and advanced analytics to generate predictive solutions and actionable outcomes
  • Design and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with clients and teams to understand data requirements and support automation, machine learning, and product development initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Education & Work Experience: Master’s degree in Data Analytics Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related engineering degree, plus 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role
  • Skillset: Experience in Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance and Management. Proficiency in programming languages and tools including Python, R, SQL, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, and Tableau
