Kate Parkinson

Kate is an experienced orals proposal coach, helping teams successfully prepare for a wide variety of government presentation formats. Additionally, she has served a wide range of growth initiatives over the past 20+ years, supporting and managing large and complex written proposals, designing and delivering training, and facilitating process change. She has an M.S. in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Texas at Dallas, holds a certificate in Team Coaching from Brown University, and is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach.
