Len Discenza

Len Discenza is an accomplished leader in the disciplines of operations management, sales and marketing, and information management. In more than 25 years of increasing professional responsibility, Len has served in leadership roles at Cognosante, NCI, Vangent, SRA International, CA/Platinum, and Oracle. At Cognosante, NCI, and Vangent, he redefined a data-driven approach to each company’s capture and pipeline management processes, supporting company-wide growth. He also has significant experience as a professional services manager, providing client organizations with IT solutions to enhance management decision making. Len is a persuasive writer with an excellent track record leading and contributing to major government proposals. He is also an effective speaker, having taught consulting skills to new staff and presented technical and business topics to a wide array of audiences. His technical experience encompasses a broad spectrum of information management disciplines, including data warehousing, executive dashboards, and metadata management, as well as customized reporting systems.
